Jotform pricing is easy to misunderstand if you only compare the monthly price. The real decision is how many forms, submissions, views, stored responses, payment submissions and signed documents your workflow needs.

Jotform pricing: the quick answer

PlanPrice when billed annuallyFormsMonthly submissionsStorage
StarterFree5100100 MB
Bronze$34/month251,0001 GB
Silver$39/month502,50010 GB
Gold$99/month10010,000100 GB

Starter: best for testing and low-volume forms

Starter includes all core form-building access but carries Jotform branding. It currently allows 5 forms, 100 submissions per month, 10,000 monthly form views, 500 stored submissions, 100 fields per form and 10 monthly payment submissions.

That is enough for a small lead form or internal test. It is not enough for a serious paid campaign if lead volume can spike.

Bronze: the first real business tier

Bronze removes Jotform branding and raises capacity to 25 forms and 1,000 monthly submissions, with 1 GB of storage and 100 monthly payment submissions.

Bronze makes sense when the free limits are the problem but the business does not yet need thousands of monthly submissions.

Silver: unusually strong value versus Bronze

Silver is only a small step up in annual-billing price from Bronze on the current pricing page, yet capacity rises to 50 forms, 2,500 monthly submissions and 10 GB of storage.

That makes Silver the plan we would inspect most carefully for a growing small business. The correct choice still depends on the other quotas, but the current gap between Bronze and Silver is commercially important.

Gold: for high-volume and more regulated workflows

Gold raises the limits to 100 forms, 10,000 monthly submissions and 100 GB of storage. It also makes HIPAA-enabled features available according to the current pricing matrix.

Most small service businesses will not need Gold simply because it is the top individual plan. Buy the capacity you use, not the badge.

Our pricing verdict

The biggest mistake is choosing Jotform based on the number of forms alone. Estimate submissions, views and any payment or signature activity first. For many growing businesses, the current Silver plan deserves particularly close attention because of the capacity jump from Bronze.

Bronze vs Silver: the most important comparison

At the time of this review, Bronze is listed at $34/month and Silver at $39/month when billed annually. That five-dollar gap buys a move from 25 to 50 forms, 1,000 to 2,500 monthly submissions, 1 GB to 10 GB of storage and a much higher form-view ceiling.

That does not mean everyone should automatically buy Silver. A small lead form may never approach Bronze’s limits. It does mean the business should compare the capacity jump before defaulting to the cheapest paid plan.

How to estimate the plan before you buy

Start with the highest-volume form you expect to run and estimate monthly page traffic, conversion rate and the number of responses you need to keep. Then add any payment or signature workflow separately.

For example, 8,000 monthly form views at a 10% submission rate produces around 800 submissions. That fits inside Bronze’s current submission allowance, but the same campaign at 20% conversion would exceed it. Capacity planning is more useful than choosing by brand name.

What happens as lead volume grows?

Growth creates two separate pressures: the number of new submissions and the amount of historical data being stored. A business can therefore outgrow a plan because of current campaign volume or because it wants to retain a large submission history.
